2011 Rotary Race for the Kids 5k Run/Walk – 10k Run and Kid’s Dash
5K Walk/Run, 10K Run & Kid’s Dash
Date: Sunday, July 24th, 2011
Time: Kid’s Dash - 8:00 a.m.

Parking: Please enter the fairgrounds from Hwy 3. Parking is available at the Ice Arena, Belle Field, and the waterpark.
Pre-Registered Packet Pick-Up: For those that are registered by 7-17-11, you can pick-up your race packet at Burkhartzmeyer Shoes (128 Central Ave. in Faribault) on Thursday, July 21st, 2011 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Check In & Same Day Registration: Competitors must check-in and pick up their race packet from 7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. the morning of the race at the Community Center.
Fee: The non-refundable registration fee (until 7-17-11) is $27 for the 5K Run/Walk & $32 for the 10K. Race day registration is $30 of the 5K Run/Walk & $35 for the 10K.
The Kid’s Dash is free.
Goodies: All Kid’s Dash participants will receive a medal, and a treat from the Sweet Spot. All 5K walkers and runners and 10K runners will receive a race t-shirt and a race packet full of items and coupons.
Race Info: Restrooms are available at the Ice Arena. Water stops are available at the 5K & 10K turnaround points.
Route: To be posted shortly.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers of each age category for the 5K and 10 runs. An award ceremony will take place at the Ice Arena when all age categories have been recognized for the 5K and 10K.
